Wulong (oolong) is the most versatile tea there is, and this tasting is where you find out why. Over 90 minutes, we'll gongfu brew our way through six oolongs side by side — same plant, wildly different characters, shaped entirely by how long each leaf was oxidised and whether it was roasted.

Move from a delicate, unroasted Taiwanese oolong all the way to a deeply roasted Chinese rock tea, and discover how two simple decisions can turn one plant into six completely different cups.
