Raglan Chocolate Samoa 70% Single Origin

Single-origin 70% dark chocolate made with cacao from the Savai'i Koko farm in Asau, Samoa, a fourth-generation family operation that works alongside around 400 smaller cacao-growing families on the island. Raglan Chocolate's maker visited the farm in 2024 to run a chocolate workshop with local growers. Vanilla and banana up front, toffee finish, three ingredients, nothing else.
