Nilgiri Yin Zhen

Here is a white tea produced in the Chinese style of Yin Zhen created at the Tea Studio, an experimental tea factory in the Nilgiri mountains (India) focussed on the artisanal creation of new teas. The Camellia Sinensis team brought their expertise to propel this innovative project managed entirely by a local team of women. An inspiring design instilled with the same values as our tea houses.

This white tea, consisting of fine green needles with silvery highlights, offers a coppery coloured liquor, textured with pleasant herbaceous (straw, tobacco) and woody aromas. It also sports delicious flavour points of hazelnut and cocoa. Its finish, soft and floral, seducing just as much as it comforts!
