Implanted around 1875 in the Mucha region, this wulong tea is unique to the Taiwanese archipelago. M. Gao presents his marvellous version of the Iron Goddess of Mercy (Tie Guan Yin).

The intensive cooking process that lasts several days gives a unique roasted note to the tea. Its nose of coffee and caramel, mixed with candied fruit and apricot flavor, and its remarkable persistence in the mouth make it an exceptional tea.
