A refined interpretation of the world's most beloved flavoured tea, blended in-house by Tea Total for over 25 years and recognised at the 2025 Inspire + NZ Artisan Awards with a Silver Award. The character of a true Earl Grey lies in its bergamot — a small, fragrant citrus grown almost exclusively in the Calabria region of southern Italy — and this blend uses only the finest Italian bergamot oil for depth and unmistakable perfume.

A premium black tea base carries the citrus beautifully, brightened further with lemon peel and lemongrass, and finished with delicate blue cornflower blossoms that scatter through the leaf like specks of sky. Refreshing, comforting, and quietly sophisticated — a dependable everyday cup with just enough elegance to feel special.

The liquor pours a deep coppery amber, releasing the unmistakable perfume of bergamot the moment it meets the water. On the palate, citrus arrives softly — bergamot leading, lemon lifting — layered over a smooth, rounded black tea base that finishes clean and satisfying. Delicious on its own, and equally lovely with a dash of milk.
