Pick your favorite Mug with infuser or large Teapot
Quantity / 250ml of water: 1 tsp
Temperature of infusion: 95 °C
Infusion time: 3-4 minutes
Chai Latte (makes 1L): 500ml water, 500ml milk, 4 tsp blend, 2-4 tsp sugar. Simmer tea in water 10 min, add sugar, steep 10 more min, strain and serve.
