- Camellia Sinensis
An imperial-grade white tea from China, picked from the Fuding Da Hao cultivar by producer Mr. Zhang Zheng Ku at 400m altitude, harvested in late March from the bushes' first spring shoots after winter dormancy. The buds are fluffy, with a delicate green first leaf.
The cup is rich, mellow and silky in texture, with a floral character reminiscent of clover, sweet notes of cinnamon and sweetgrass, lasting vegetal depth, and a light, sweet finish with every sip. Lab-tested by Camellia Sinensis at 39mg of caffeine and 1025μmol of antioxidants per cup.
